I started out selling on my own and was glad when I decided to list with Norm. He is personable and was able to bring traffic to my property and get showings going right away. I also appreciated being able to sign contracts online.

My wife and I chose Norm to purchase our new home as well as sell our previous home. I did not have a relationship with Norm prior to choosing him and I can say I was extremely satisfied that we did choose him. Purchasing our new home was extremely easy and the process he outlined made it clear and seamless. From the search to the closing, everything was setup for us to understand all the details in a simple manner. All information was provided to us early and outlined, to ensure we knew exactly what we were signing up for. Selling our house had me worried as it was a very slow time in the market. He provided his strategy on when we should list the house, price points, and timing. Initially I did not agree with this strategy, however I did listen as my initial research of him stated his expertise in the market we are listed in. Not only did we get full asking, but we did so in 4 days. During the time of year (during the holidays), this exceeded all of our expectations. I could not have been more satisfied with his services and highly recommend his services for anyone looking to purchase or sell a house.

Norm is extremely knowledgeable about the home buying and selling process, especially in the Arlington VA area. He was always easy to get in touch with and personable in his approach. We kept saying we were waiting for the problems to pop up, but with Norm it was a smooth process throughout.

Norm was amazing and we were so blessed to work with him. We were first-time home buyers in a new state and he delivered such patience and excellent customer service. We had actually met with a few other realtors before we met Norm and were rather discouraged with the entire process... After almost giving up, Norm came recommended to us as an Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) and he did not disappoint! He even helped us be in contact with a great lender. He was accessible, down-to-earth, professional, and held our hand every step of the way. He was an excellent negotiator and even in a sellers-market, he helped us get the house we absolutely loved at the best price! Norm was such an asset to have through this process. We would truthfully chose him to be our friend too!
