We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Erin, Clint, and the whole team. We used them to both purchase and sell our home. From day one, their communication was incredible - we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Erin is professional, responsive, and clearly knows her stuff, but she’s also just really easy to work with and genuinely cared about helping us. Her guidance and confidence made the whole process feel seamless, and we always felt like she was looking out for our best interests. She came prepared to our first meeting with tons of material on the market and our specific neighborhood. She delivered exactly the deal we were hoping for. We’re so grateful for everything Erin, Clint and their team did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell - we're sad they don't work in the area we've moved to.

Erin, along with Mario Rios and her team were fantastic to work with. She made the process as low-stress as selling your home possibly can be. She was very available and responsive to all of our questions (as first-time sellers, we had a LOT of questions) and explained things in simple and clear language. We literally handed over the keys and left the country, and she went above and beyond to take care of all of the repairs, staging, and even some small favors for us. We really felt that she had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process and worked really hard to get us the price we wanted for our house despite a very tough market. We are grateful to Erin and Mario and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The sale of my condo was a painless process. I was so nervous and had all kinds of anxiety, but my realtor, Khaneshia Pagan assured me everything would be OK. She and her team did a fantastic job staging and giving me the suggestions that aided in the sale! Closing was smooth, and done quicker than I thought. I had a great experience!

Glen is a true professional. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and his negotiation skills are extremely exceptional. Responsiveness was also key for us - at one point I thought to myself, “there has to be two Glens”. This was our 2nd time working with Glen to purchase and will definitely work with him again if we decide to buy or sell.
