Patrick has been our real estate agent (more like family now) since 2019 and he truly is amazing! He assisted us with buying as well as selling of our home. He is exceptional with his knowledge in this space, knows the ins and outs and works very closely with his clients. Patrick is extremely personable, reliable, efficient, and focused! He will always put you 1st as his clients. Him and his team did such an amazing job of staging our home, it sold in one weekend! There were a few hiccups from the buyer end but Patrick took care of all the issues behind the scenes without stressing us out. He is really good at what he does so go with him and his team. you will be pleased!

Josue hizo un excelente Trabajo. Nos sentimos cómodos en el proceso de compra. Siempre estuvo pendiente y la comunicación fue excelente (habla nuestro idioma Español ) cualquier duda e inquietud la resolvía. Es un profesional con sensibilidad humana, responsable y Puntual. Se nos presentaron dificultades con la fecha de cierre. por razones de documentación Por parte del banco. Eso genero un estrés. Estábamos a fin de mes habia que desocupar el apartamento. Son situaciones que están fuera de nuestro alcance. Y con posibles consecuencias: el contrato se podía perder, el deposito, la casa y quedarnos sin donde vivir. No suele pasar a menudo nos paso a nosotros. Pero!!!! Es ahi donde necesitas un representante como Josue y su equipo con experiencia. El supo de manera eficaz poder solucionar este problema. Gracias a Dios hicimos el cierre fue un proceso con estrés pero con final feliz ??.

Erin did an amazing job! She was so nice and helpful especially since I was a first time home buyer. She was very communicative every step of the way and always made me feel comfortable. Amy questions or concerned I had she was there to answer them in a timely manner. Even when last minute issues arose, she was right there giving me updates. I would highly recommend using her in the future and for any future buyers to do so as well!

Patrick made the process of selling so much better. We knew how to market our property to get maximum price with multiple offers even as the rest of the market was slower. We had some issues with getting the tenant out but Patrick went the extra mile to help make sure the property was ready for closing! I highly recommend Patrick as your agent if you want a smooth process.
