Patrick was like family. He was so patient with us as we explored near to 50 homes as first time home buyers. He explained us everything and helped us with every little question we had. Karissa was very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful in getting us through the entire process of purchasing our first home. We were buying a new construction townhouse, which had several months between when we were under contract, until closing date. She made sure we stayed on top with reminders to complete the next step so we didn't forget or loose track of important documents. It made the whole process a lot smoother and Karissa was able to ask the right questions to ensure we were covered. She is willing to go above and beyond to help with the full lifecycle of home buying, including post-closing as well.

Working with Karissa was amazing and hassle free. My girlfriend and I were in the process of buying a condo, as first time homebuyers, and we were very anxious. Karissa walked us through the entire process and made it as seamless as possible. She was able to hone in on the house characteristics we wanted and quickly got a feel for our needs, which led to an extremely good house touring experience. The paperwork and fees when buying a home is very daunting, but Karissa was very responsive and available for any questions we had, and set us up with a great lender and title company which were also great to work with. Karissa is very knowledgeable about the Northern VA area and has a lot of experience working with veterans. If you are interested in purchasing a home, I would highly recommend Karissa!

I had spoken to multiple real estate agents prior to deciding to sell my house and glad I went with Patrick. He always quickly responded when I had questions and felt he had my best interest at heart when recommending which contract to accept. I also had a very unique personal situation that he was very empathetic with and tried to make the selling of my house as easy and quickly as possible. In addition, Patrick is very personable.
