Bottom Line Up Front: Dana Campbell and his team are the finest real estate team we've ever encountered. We recently sold our home in Caroline County; we met Dana, discussed our goals and had an honest dialog about expectations. We didn't even bother to interview anyone else - it was clear that Dana was honest and committed to utilizing all available data to make informed recommendations. His knowledge of the Caroline county market is incredible. He recommended our listing price, which was lower than I had emotionally expected. He described his model, and how his experience helped him validate the model. As a modeling and simulation professional, I realized that his recommended listing price was accurate. Dana's team took amazing photos and created a home write up / summary that was so good I almost wanted to place a bid LOL! Our home was on the market two days when we received an offer that met our quote (right back to a solid model)! The buyer had some funding challenges -- Dana recommended a lender to the buyer (thru their agent), and the funding challenges disappeared. Dana kept us informed every step of the way, from the time we got to the initial offer until the buyer closed (the day after we did). Total time between going on the market and closing: 33 days. Pre-closing documentation process errors (from the buyer's title company) were quickly identified by Dana, and he was able to get the process back on track.. There were some buyer title agent problems after all parties had closed - again, Dana charged into those problems and they disappeared! My wife and I completely trust Dana and his team! I'm being as honest as I can -- I would not look anywhere else for your real estate support!

Cristian work ethic was instrumental in helping me and my family to be able to find and purchase a home. He found us five different homes in a few days. He showed us the homes, and we could send a request to the one we liked the same day and get approved. His market knowledge significantly impacted price negotiations, location, and future resale. He is a friend to keep in touch with. He was involved during house closing; he always reminded me about the fees and explained all the fees in detail. He is very knowledgeable.

From the start, Ronnie was a gem to work with. I worked with him from South Dakota and everything went smoothly. I trusted his opinion and expertise. We discussed local markets, VA rules and norms, and up coming properties. He worked fast and efficiently. Ronnie worked well with listing agent, which helped to obtain a smooth purchase.
