Nick was awesome to work with from start to finish. He gave us pros and cons on the property we originally wanted and helped show us other options to compare. He was very responsive and fun to talk to. When we finally put bids down on the condo, he helped us get in an early offer and negotiated it better than we had expected. He was also fantastic with setting us up with the loan and closing process.

Throughout our house-hunting journey, Usamah was genuinely kind, caring, compassionate, and patient. He’s very knowledgeable about the housing market, specifically in northern Virginia, and we trusted him every step of the way. He was always on time and treated us as if we were a real priority to him. His attention to detail helped me and my husband find our dream home, and he helped us through filing and signing paperwork without making us feel as though we didn’t know what we were doing (even though we’re first-time homebuyers). We’ll be working with him in the future and referring him to our friends!

Working with Chelsea Owusu was an excellent experience from start to finish.
