Nick has been a outstanding help to me with multiple real estate transactions. He knows the greater DMV area well which was essential to me when I was new to the area. He pointed out considerations that hadn't occurred to me regarding safety, public transportation and additional costs (condo vs co-op) and he responded quickly to all my questions from the big to the silly. As a result I ended up with the perfect place for me with no surprises at a price I felt was appropriate for the area. Would absolutely recommend Nick for buying, selling or renting real estate in the DMV.
