Mike and Claudia are hands down the best realtors we've ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and were always direct and honest with us. They took the time to get to know us, what we were looking for and tailored their approach to ensure it met our needs. They are always available - day or night - for any type of question. The services they provide are unreal. They painted our house, fixed repairs and landscaped(!) to get our house show ready. Even the small details they prepped for our open house was a game changer. We were in incredible hands the entire time. I highly recommend Mike and Claudia and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Mike and Claudia did a fantastic job of getting my condo fixed up and sold. They explained the whole process clearly to me and followed through on all the details-getting contractors and checking on the work being done, working with our condominium management, and keeping me informed the whole time. Since I was not in the area, I relied on them for just about everything. I would definitely recommend Mike and Claudia Webb .

From the first interview, Mike and Claudia Webb were honest, direct, knowledgeable and transparent. They were the only realtors I interviewed who told me what commission they would charge and worked up a Seller’s Estimated Costs of Settlement on the spot based on a specific selling price so that I understood my actual profit. Other realtors wanted me to sign with them just to learn these basic facts. As seasoned professionals, the Webb Team also really knows the market they work in and offer a lot of services no one else does, so it was easy to select them as the agents I wanted to work with. They did not disappoint! They brought in housecleaners, repair specialists and others whose quality is unsurpassed. As a result, my house wasn’t just clean—it sparkled! And while it needed little prep work, they undertook that as well. Finally, their photographs, descriptions and overall marketing were on point, so much so, that there were a number of showings to prospects who couldn’t wait even a few days for the first open house. And that was all it took to get several offers within one week. Mike and Claudia also helped negotiate a good purchase price on my new home, coordinated both closings and provided LOTS of follow up too! Their personalities—his boundless optimism and her keen eye for detail--make for a dynamite combination when coupled with their intelligence and clear love for what they do and the communities they serve in. I’d use them again in a heartbeat!!

As a parent, there is nothing more exciting and yet scary than the day your (adult) child says they want to buy a house. This is a time when you are only able to provide guidance, but have no control over protecting them. Thank goodness I knew of and referred my son to the Mike Webb Team, and especially Claudia! They worked with my son through his first purchase. Even in a sellers market they were able to get small concessions to set him up for success. I appreciate how they treated him through this process. He succeeded in buying his first home, as a result of The Mike Webb Team’s help and patience. The Mike Webb Team will forever be my favorite realty Team! Claudia looked out for my son and I am grateful for her efforts! The Mike Webb Team and associates work hard to help their clients succeed! They surround themselves with people and teams that do the same!

Mike and Claudia made the process clear and simple. They do not push or try to hurry you through any part of the decisions. They are really here to serve you and walk their clients through the home sale process as easily and efficiently as possible. There was never a question left unanswered nor a text nor responded to quickly. Their customer service was just absolutely stellar...these folks truly care!
