How our fee works

We Win When You Win
When we match you with an agent and that agent successfully closes your sale or purchase, the agent's brokerage shares a portion of its commission with us. That's the whole business model. No subscriptions, no advertising fees, no charges to you - ever.
We match you, free
Our algorithm analyzes verified sales data and introduces you to a top local agent. You pay nothing to get matched.
Your agent delivers
You work with your agent the same way you would if you had found them yourself, at the same commission.
The brokerage shares its commission
Only after your sale or purchase closes, the agent's brokerage shares a portion of its commission with us as a referral fee.
What That Means for You
You never pay us anything.
Not to get matched, not at closing, not ever.
Your costs don't change.
The fee comes out of the brokerage's share, not on top of it. You'd pay your agent the same commission whether we introduced you or not.

What We Will Never Do
A business model is only as trustworthy as the lines it refuses to cross. These are ours.
No pay-to-play rankings.
Our rankings come from analyzing more than 47 million real MLS transactions across 2,650 markets. An agent can't buy a higher spot, a badge, or a place in your match results. Full stop.
No selling your info as a "lead."
We make one curated introduction based on verified sales performance - we don't auction your phone number to whoever pays most.
No steering.
Fee arrangements never influence which agents we recommend. Your match is driven by real results in your market and price range.
No Agent Has Ever Paid to Be Ranked Here
We earn our fee the same way your agent does - only when your deal actually closes, paid by their brokerage, never by you.
Why We Publish This
Most agent-matching sites bury how they're paid. We think you should know exactly who's paying whom before you choose the person handling one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. Some states now require this disclosure in writing at the time of referral - we go further and disclose it everywhere, to everyone.
