I cannot praise Jeff's ability and hard work enough. He is 10/10 as an agent. I feel very fortunate that I found him, especially as a first-time homebuyer. He had a wealth of knowledge to answer the million questions I had. And as I tried to operate within a constrained budget, he strategized with me on multiple offers to get the best chance I possibly could. There was never a time when he was unavailable or unhelpful. He was at the top of his game 24/7, always being there for anything I needed to get through the purchase process. When I finally landed on my dream spot, he was incredibly helpful in getting everything done as instantly as possible, even if it took extra time, and he walked through every step of the way with determination and expertise that led to success. I am so thankful for the great work he does as I now live in this house. And this is not to mention all the extra things he did like find potential places that matched what I was looking for, taking me to them, contacting their listing agent for any questions, etc. If you want to buy a house and do it the right way, you cannot possibly go wrong with Jeff. He's a class act.
