Gaylie was awesome! As a first time home buyer, I had a LOT of questions about how this all worked, especially in a very quick, crazy market like it is right now. Gaylie answered all my questions, didn't pressure me, and also was honest about the impacts of decisions I was making (i.e. if I wait a day to submit an offer, what is the likelihood that the place would still be on the market). I truly appreciate her expertise and willingness to give me her opinion without trying to sway me a particular way. I highly recommend her!

I recently became the point man for the selling the house of a smoker - the entire house needed an overhaul. Hiring Gaylie was the smartest thing I did. From day 1, she guided me through the process, targeting key areas within the house that needed attention. Gaylie stepped up on every level – either dealing with things directly or putting me in touch with competent contractors. Most of the time, she was on top of issues before I knew of a problem. The house was on the market for three days, received multiple offers, and got 5% over list. I could not be happier.

Stacy was a real pleasure to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way and looked for opportunities to take the burden of home-selling off of our shoulders. Her active assistance with the sellers, contractors, and loan officers was critical to make our sale happen and at the price we wanted because it was a contingency sale based on the purchase of a house in another state.
