Paul Kim was very helpful during our process of buying our first home. During a number of stressful situations, he took the helm and navigated the situation to where we’re now living very happily in our new home. Courtney made it super-easy for us to purchase our ideal home in this competitive market. We happened to place our first offer, which was accepted only hours later, and we took the deal through closing. She confidently took care of the hundreds of nitty gritty details with our lender, the seller’s agent, the title company, etc. during the month-long process. She told us exactly what to do each step of the way and when to do it, and she answered our many questions even early in the morning and late at nights. When we had to make a decision, she would guide us through all of the pros and cons of each choice and give us a recommendation. We often took her recommendations, and it worked out great.
