For ten years Desiree has helped me with my Landlord' needs and I had no doubt that Desiree was the one I would trust with the sale of my home! Poor communication that left me in the dark during the selling process and inaccuracy of work was received in exchange for my loyalty and continued support all these years! After closing day, I am still dealing with some unfinished business that was not completed in a timely manner due to lack of attention. Please interview your prospective Realtor thoroughly, do your research before you choose them to sell/buy your biggest investment! I will protect my reputation by not recommending Desiree to my friends and business partners!

We wholeheartedly and unconditionally recommend Paul Kim as the go-to realtor in Northern Virginia. We worked with Paul on the purchase of our new-build home, which we did remotely and which from start to finish took ten months. Over the course of that time, Paul’s support to us was seamless, ensuring frequent communication between us, him, and the builder. Although not our first time buying a home, it was the first time for us to buy a new-build, which was doubly complicated by the fact that we did not live in the area. Paul was always ready to work around time differences and set up video calls via FaceTime or Zoom, starting from the stage where it was nothing but an empty lot, through the design process, and all the way through construction to completion. Paul was endlessly good-natured but also did not hesitate to go to bat for us when needed. After closing, we told Paul that he would be our “realtor for life” - this pretty much sums up how we feel about our experience with him. Whether buying or selling, you would be lucky to work with him!
