Working with Erin and her team was an excellent experience. I met Erin a couple of years ago at a party for a mutual friend. She did a great job of networking and staying in contact until I was ready to list my house. As an inexperienced seller, she guided me through the process and recommended things like staging that I didn't know about. I communicated with her team frequently, but it wasn't overbearing. When we received offers on the property, she explained everything well and was clearly looking to help me make the best deal even if she made a lower commission on the sale. Everything was very professional. I would highly recommend Erin and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I loved working with the Melton Team! My husband and I were first time home buyers and we worked closely with Erin. From the very first moment we spoke and up until closing, she was transparent, let us know exactly what to expect and walked us through each step of the process. Every time we had houses we wanted to view, she would always get us in either on the same day or the very next day. We never felt pressured to do anything we did not feel comfortable with or go to showings we weren't interested in. She sent weekly reminders during closing to ensure we checked every box and provided all of our documentation on time. She's truly the best and was a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend!!!

She definately went above and beyond! Lept us updated regularly. Found a plumbing leak that the inspection missed and got the seller to repair it. Also made extra keys for us when she was given just one that didn’t work very well.

Erin and her team were absolutely amazing in helping us find and purchase our new home. Always quick with a response and was very knowledgeable about the area, market, and steps though closing; Erin will be my realtor if I ever need one again and would be my recommendation to anyone wanting to buy a home.
