There is no better realtor than Emily Wagner. Emily and her team are brilliant, and more importantly compassionate and patient. We had one of those occurrences that if something could happen it would. Ranging from a volatile market availability, interest rate fluctuations significantly changing our budget, to the more severe challenges of other realtors trying and failing to steal our earnest money and the weirdest one of all, an illegal lien discovered during the loan process. Through it all, Emily didn't stumble, she provided us non-stop support (and if i'm being totally honest, emotional support too LOL). After well over a year, we finally found our home and closed. Emily continued to support us even after close. Emily did not try to force us into anything we weren't comportable with (which is an experience we've had with other realtors). She gave us her honest opinion and walked what is the fine line of realtor wanting to sell and realtor wanting to do right by their customer better than any other. We've been through the gamut and couldn't be happier that we discovered Emily and that she was our realtor throughout the process. There isn't a single person that could have done it better, nor made it more enjoyable. Our first house visit included an incredibly thoughtful gift for our children to keep them occupied. She also is well versed in the industry as a whole and has an excellent referral network. All and all, I don't think we'll ever go with another realtor. It was also clear that EXP as a company supported Emily through the process as well.

Erin has been an excellent Realtor with an exceptional customer service skill. She’s very patient and very professional. She has your interest at all times and respects your time as well. I am very happy to have someone who helps me take the stress out of purchasing a home remotely, as I am moving back to my hometown from Southern California. I will definitely contact her and send her referrals in the future.

Erin was outstanding while educating me on the current house sale process, providing a list of events pertinent to the sale, updating the list weekly and personally calling me weekly to provide her assessment of progress. She and her team were extremely helpful to get me in touch with the right person to literally close out a house full of a lifetime collection of household goods. Erin was on top of all details and created , for me, a stress-free sale. She got my attention because of her success selling houses in my neighborhood and I contacted her for that reason. For me it was a timely and wise decision. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Emily as I sold my sister's house. I have worked with other agents in past years buying and selling houses. However, Emily stands out as the best that I have had the opportunity in the process from start to finish. She is very positive and energetic. She kept us informed with bi-weekly and daily updates of listing price, showings, any and all offers. Whenever I had a any question or concern, she responded quickly and knowlegable every step of the process. The house with her guidance and knowledge of the area and present market sold in a month. I highly recommend Emily, and plan to include her in any future propery sell or purchase.

We bought this condo in 2015 with Erin as our agent and we were so very impressed with her that when the time came to sell the property in 2023, there was never a question who our agent would be. Within 2 days of listing, we had multiple offers above asking price and we were able to close in 7 days. She is still the hardest working agent we've known, still the most knowledgeable of the Virginia market and still completely dedicated to her customers. She will be our first choice in the future, and she remains the one agent we can enthusiastically recommend to our friends and family without any reservations.
