Thank you so much Boone Residental! We thought about earlier this year listing our home in March. I submitted a request online and received a phone call the very next day by Mike Boone. I immediately knew Mike would be the one to sell our home after a few minutes talking with him on the phone. Mike was very professional and already had a strategy in mind. We decided to wait until late April to start the process of getting our home on the market. Mike did a fantastic job walking us through the process of selling our very first home. The Boone Team team did a amazing job show casing the house to future buyers. The results were 50 plus scheduled showings and approximately 100 people during the open house, which blew us away. We received about 25 offers by that following Monday. Mike’s strategy is proven to be very efficient and well thought out ever step of the way. Kimberly was very focused and patient with finding the exact home I wanted. I've recommended Kimberly to everyone I know. She’s a true professional and a genuinely nice. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Paul was a top professional throughout the entire home buying process. Being a first time home buyer I put my complete faith in him and he delivered on everything I asked for. Paul Liberti helped my husband and I find our forever home. We were set and not willing to negotiate on our list of demands. This list was pretty long and specific! Best agent I have ever used and I have sold a lot of houses. Mike is very knowledgeable with the market and our area in general. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. He is also one of the nicest guys I have ever met.
