We had an incredible experience working with Amanda and her team! From start to finish, she was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive. She consistently stayed on top of the other agents and the loan officers to ensure everything moved smoothly and on schedule. Anytime a hiccup came up, she addressed it quickly and made sure everyone had what they needed to keep things progressing. Her attention to detail and strong communication gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process. Amanda and her team are excellent! My fiancé and I worked with her to buy our dream home. In a competitive market, you need a realtor who knows how to get the job done and Amanda did that for us. She’s incredibly hard working, devoted, and knows her stuff. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Amanda went above and beyond in helping to sell our home. It was a difficult situation and she worked hard to help us figure it all out. She was diligent, involved and worked tirelessly for us. I live out of town and Amanda took care of everything for us to minimize the number of times I had to travel to Richmond. Amanda gave us great advice and always helped us make the right decisions to get the house sold. It sold in less than 1 week!!!
