My experience with Sandra was amazing. There was a lot of complications out of our control that we had to deal with and I wouldn't have wanted any other realtor. Sandra is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and responsive. She cares about your situation and makes it known. She is marvelous to work with you would be lucky to have a realtor like her.

Tara was so great to work with. She was able to negotiate things for us and helped us bring in a great offer to get us our forever home in the neighborhood that we really wanted to be in. She was always available for questions and would get back to us about updates in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Spencer did a great job of helping us purchase our new (to us) home. We connected with him randomly, through a click on a Zillow ad, as we wanted to see a house that we'd seen listed and did not plan ahead to be in the area. Spencer got us in on short notice, and the rest is history. He helped us develop an offer and negotiate terms that were ultimately acceptable to the seller. He was very knowledgeable about home construction and able to help us anticipate areas of possible concern with the house. He was available to be there for the inspection and, later, to give access to an HVAC contractor in our absence. Also, just an all-around nice guy who we trusted to give us a straight answer and sound advice. Highly recommend!

Spencer was amazing to work with from start to finish. My husband and I were first-time home buyers with no experience, and Spencer walked us through each step of the process with patience and expertise. He was able to get us into our home in record time for less than the asking price, and was always available to us when we had questions along the way.
