Lisa and Chris Joseph work seamlessly as a team. Their combined knowledge and expertise will leave you feeling so confident and taken care of! Lisa was my mom‘s realtor first, which is how i learned of her. To say Lisa is a patient person is an understatement. Lisa, Chris and I worked together for over a year, maybe longer, before we found the right home for my wife and I. Chris helped us through what, on many levels, was a difficult sale of a family member’s house. Even before we had it listed, came by the house and gave us guidance that allowed us to prioritize what repairs were more important. As we got closer to listing, he even sent someone out to help us finish up the last few tasks, just to pull us over the finish line. Then, when it came to listing, he sat with us, explained his though process on pricing, as well as what we could expect to happen. When things started to go wrong, he was a steady guiding hand that kept us moving forward and ultimately was able to sell the house for far more than we expected at the start of the process. I cannot stress how overwhelming this whole process would have been without him.

Lisa and Chris Joseph did an outstanding job with the estate that I had to settle. We had a total of six properties that needed to be rehabbed and sold during a very emotionally charged time in my life. The assistance they provided was outstanding. Lisa Joseph is a down to earth real estate professional. If memory serves me, we first met sometime in 2019 to discuss selling my colonial house. Unfortunately, my home was the collection point for remaining estate items from my grandmother and both of my parents. Additionally, I have some physical limitations and tend to get ill when pressured. Lisa advised me and gave me the time to begin to deal with the extra "stuff." She checked-in periodically but did not push. When I was nearly ready to move forward, Covid 19 struck, and I put on the brakes because I was moving out of state and Covid was worse where I was headed. Two years later, Covid is the norm now so I finished preparing the house with the assistance of contractors that Lisa knew would do a good job for me - and they did. At many points I thought I would not get everything done, but she would walk me through what to do and she was a grounding force for me. Her kindness and professionalism were beyond anything considered normal. My home sold for full asking price within 24 hours of availability. You cannot do better than Lisa Joseph as your Realtor.
