Working with Thomas was a privilege that I am very grateful for. Buying a home long distance in a seller’s market (Richmond, VA) and selling a home in a buyer’s market (Austin, TX) can be extremely stressful, so I really lucked out when Thomas answered the phone at Mission Realty. Over the course of a year, he looked at numerous homes for me, sent videos, and answered my many questions. He had a way of calming me down, making me laugh, and most importantly, being a great communicator. Sometimes people who are experts in their field can tend to speak over you, but Thomas never did; he was an excellent listener. And no matter what questions I threw at him, he somehow knew the answers. And on the rare occasion he didn’t, he’d research it and get back to me immediately. I had a list of things I wanted in a house, including several that I wasn’t willing to compromise on, so I know I made it challenging for Thomas. But he very patiently persevered, and he made it clear that he understood and supported me not settling for less. He ended up finding us our dream home in a perfect location and we couldn’t be happier. Most importantly, the one thing that makes Thomas stand out from other realtors, is that he is just an all around good human being, and someone that I can now call a friend.

I loved working with Andrea Johnson. She was all-in helping me find my dream home, and together we succeed in just about a month's time! This was my first purchase and so I had a lot to learn. She helped me find my way and understand all the ins and outs of the process. And the little touches really helped too like brining toilet paper to the inspection (something I never would have known to do) since it was a several hours long process, and being available via text and call throughout the process (even when she was on vacation!).
