Tamara proved her worth instantly. She helped us make some final decisions about staging, final improvements, etc.; set the asking price; timed the listing, open house and call for offers just right; and achieved the highest yield for our home sale we could’ve gotten. She also helped solve last-minute glitches and connected us with vendors as needed.
