Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was not only easy to work with and flexible, she also provided her expertise in a digestible way while sharing her knowledge and love of Richmond to help in my first time home buying process. Emily did an amazing job listening to needs, while still paying attention to some "that would nice to have's", as we toured several homes. Emily was also aware of the emotional drain and burn out I started to experience during this process before I even recognized it. She didn't give up on me but offered several options for us to move forward, while paying attention to my anxiety and stress. I felt truly grateful to know Emily knew what I was looking for but understood me as well.
