Nikki Lagouros helped me buy a new home in 2017, and 8 years later she helped me sell it. I got top dollar for the sale. She is patient, listened to my concerns, and gave me clear advise on how to proceed. She answered my text messages quickly...day or night. She NEVER left me hanging. Nikki did a great job from start to finish. She negotiated an excellent selling price, and she also helped me get the place ready for showing, using her team of painters, landscapers, maintenance personnel, and decorators to stage the place. It was a stress-free experience for me. Nikki and her team were extremely polite also.

We are so thankful to have found Nikki. She did an amazing job listing and selling our condo. Her negotiating skills are second to none. She got us an all cash offer at our listed price with no contingencies. She did an excellent job attracting buyers. The condo listing included features such as drone shots and a 3d walkthrough that no other listing had. This helped us standout in an increasingly competitive market. Her painters did an excellent job painting the condo and getting it ready for staging. Her staging company did a great job at making the property look warm and welcoming. She even covered half the staging cost (I have never heard of any other realtor doing that) Her communication was excellent and she was always very responsive. I had never sold a house before and I was very new to the process. Nikki was very patient with me and answered all my questions. We had an unexpected issue with the condo that required us to take it off the market to be repaired. Nikki helped manage the repairs and thanks to her we were able bring it back on the market. She even fronted the money for the repair costs (paid back on closing). She was very communicative the entire time even while the condo was off the market. I highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking for a realtor with excellent communication and who will always go the extra mile to get the best price for your property. Thank you Nikki for everything! : )
