Nikki and team are top notch. It was great working with them. Very knowledgeable and hard working. Always quick to respond to my queries and/or requests. We set a stretch goal to prep my home for sale within 30 days and Nikki delivered. I was very pleased with the resultant sale and would gladly work with Nikki again. Highly recommend!

Nikki Lagouros helped me buy a new home in 2017, and 8 years later she helped me sell it. I got top dollar for the sale. She is patient, listened to my concerns, and gave me clear advise on how to proceed. She answered my text messages quickly...day or night. She NEVER left me hanging. She is the BEST, and I recommend her 100% to anyone thinking of buying or selling. You can't go wrong with her.

Nikki did a great job from start to finish. She negotiated an excellent selling price, and she also helped me get the place ready for showing, using her team of painters, landscapers, maintenance personnel, and decorators to stage the place. It was a stress-free experience for me. Nikki and her team were extremely polite also.
