We are so thankful to have found Nikki. She did an amazing job listing and selling our condo. Her negotiating skills are second to none. She got us an all cash offer at our listed price with no contingencies. She did an excellent job attracting buyers. The condo listing included features such as drone shots and a 3d walkthrough that no other listing had. This helped us standout in an increasingly competitive market. Her painters did an excellent job painting the condo and getting it ready for staging. Her staging company did a great job at making the property look warm and welcoming. She even covered half the staging cost (I have never heard of any other realtor doing that) Her communication was excellent and she was always very responsive. I had never sold a house before and I was very new to the process. Nikki was very patient with me and answered all my questions. We had an unexpected issue with the condo that required us to take it off the market to be repaired. Nikki helped manage the repairs and thanks to her we were able bring it back on the market. She even fronted the money for the repair costs (paid back on closing). She was very communicative the entire time even while the condo was off the market. I highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking for a realtor with excellent communication and who will always go the extra mile to get the best price for your property. Madison is the best in the business! As soon as you let her know what you want, she’s on it! Madison found many places for me to tour. She’s lightening fast when it’s time to make an offer. She doesn’t leave anything to chance in this competitive market. I’m now living in my dream home thanks to Madison. She made it all happen in three weeks. Madison is my realtor for all deals now!

Madison helped me throughout the entire process, being super responsive and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. What I liked the most about the experience was her ability to understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of style preferences, space needs , price range , location , etc. and provide tailored recommendations accordingly. Nikki was exactly what we needed as first time home buyers! There is absolutely no way we would have found our home without her. We were able to buy our house before it went to market, which was only possible because Nikki has a really outstanding professional network. Her advice on crafting our offer was very helpful and her guidance throughout the inspection and closing process really helped minimize our stress. Nikki’s team is great as well! Dorian was with us for tours and keys parts of the process. She was wonderful to work with and helped answer a lot of our questions. I’m really happy with how the whole process went. Home buying can be a bit of a black box, especially as a first time homebuyer, but that’s why finding a realtor who really knows what they’re doing is important.
