Kim Spear and Kristy Moyssiadis are experts in this market! They knew about houses even before they came on the market and alerted me about anything that looked like something I would be interested in. We searched for several months and Kristy was gracious about setting up appointments to see multiple places. Her patience and support won out and I found a great house in my preferred neighborhood! Kim and Kristy provided all kinds of support as I went forward with financing and settlement. The Spear Realty Group are also expert in finding tenants for rental properties! Lara and the team helped us with everything step of the process of selling our condo, from recommending pros to help fix the place up to virtually staging the property. They know Lansdowne Woods very well, and that made the process very easy.
