The Guidrys are a fabulous team if you are looking to buy or sell in Reston! They are very knowledgeable about the area, are a great reference to all aspects of real estate, and were always quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns.

Kristi and Ben are a 5-star team. We’ve bought and sold many homes, but their level of service is incomparable. As out of town owners, they guided us through the preparation phase including updates, staging, and homeowners association regulations. They were always available and their expertise with the Reston area was helpful in getting us top dollar. Highly recommend!

I can not recommend Kristi and Ben enough when it comes to selling and purchasing a home! They are not pushy at all and take time to listen to what you are looking for in a home. Our experience with them felt like a partnership, not only when things went well, but when things didn't. They will work for you, and let you know when things are not what they seem. While I think I bought my forever home, if I ever was in the market again, they would be the first people I call.
