We were incredibly lucky that we chose Carolyn Young and her team to help us with selling our home in Frederick County, MD. We had a strict and rushed timeline, right before the holiday season in November 2025. But Carolyn knew exactly what needed to be done to not just make the property attractive for multiple potential buyers but also who to reach out among her vast database of agents that could be a good fit. She worked within our timeline and patiently answered all our question. Carolyn and her team, specifically, Tonya Martin, were able to get property sale closed at asking price with minimal negotiation and had the sale completed well before Christmas. I would recommend her and her team to anyone either buying or selling in the DMV area.

Venus is an excellent realtor! She is reliable, swift to respond to text messages, emails and phone calls, pays attention to detail and advocates for her clients. She communicates ultra regularly. Venus has been readily available for any needs/concerns throughout this entire, short process. I gave her my timeline and we got as close to the week as possible. She’s been patient and thorough.
