Professional and Patient Jake is a real estate expert with strong professionalism and a lot of patience with his clients. Real estate processes are lengthy and bumpy, often with back and forth. Jake will not only listen to your concerns, recommend the best candidates out of his knowledge, but also encouraged you when you didn't make it for an offer or two. One interesting story to share: in the middle (about December) of the home searching since last October, i encountered a condo that was so enticing and valuable (well-designed, rentable, etc) that i decided to offer it 30 minutes when i got home. Honestly, this is my second time homebuying (i am from california) so i also know that candidate is statistically 90% above the rest. Jake helped me moved quick, when we sent out the offer, it wasn't even dinner time. We are thrilled when we heard that no one submitted the offer yet. Then it was like shark smells the salmon...Competitors came in and a bunch of negotiation. This is not the turning point. I still keeps on the top. Honestly i was double down on this offer, and i will tell you why. The entire first floor (they call it basement, the main entry was 2nd floor) of the condo has a second entry, which makes it so easy to rent out, probably $800 per month, this was about 100 grand you can add to the offer based on how money works. This is still not the turning point, although we failed this bidding. Later we backtrack the process. They told us they want to sell to a couple to make it their baby's home. But i think probably i am going too aggressive on the negotiation that makes me look like an investor...That was one bad day, haha although my motto is "no bad day". Now here comes the turning point. By end of February, Jake and i landed in a SFH! No HOA, big yard, drive way with spacious spot! This is another time i feel good to be optimistic or you can say "believe in god will lead your way". i cannot make it without Jake. I highly recommend you Jake as he will be your guy for your dream home!

We were in the market to buy & sell in the fall, and Ronie has been super helpful. Though we lived a bit far, she still managed to help us sell very quickly! We're still working with her to figure out our next move in purchasing and she has kept in touch over the months while we get acclimated to our new neighborhood. Will continue to work with her until we find the right fit!

Leann was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful throughout the entire process. If she couldn't answer a question we had at that moment, she found the answer quickly. She worked hard for us and highly recommend her.

Venus was great throughout the entire process of buying my first home. She was always available when I needed help with something and answered all of my questions promptly. Her knowledge and experience made this a smooth process and allowed me to close in just a couple of weeks. Moreover, her negotiation skills were really helpful when the seller refused to come down from his asking price at first. I would definitely recommend working with Venus, it's evident that she truly cares about her clients and she even surprised me with a thoughtful gift basket when I finally closed.
