The Carolyn Young Team was a dream to work with, especially Kristen Wiblishouser who turned out to be a wonderful guide throughout the selling process. I was nervous selling during the holidays, but with Kristen's direction, professional research and input, my home sold on the very first day it went on the market and for above asking price. She answered all my questions promptly and was instrumental in helping me at the closing because of challenging circumstances. I would definitely recommend Kristen to anyone needing assistance selling a home.

Diane did an amazing job in assisting me with the purchase of my townhouse in West Virginia. At First, I really wanted to get a condo but after viewing multiple places, and the high cost of the housing market in Virginia. I’ve decided to expand my search borderline for a better alternative, that’s where I found DRB homes. It was a meant to be situation during thanksgiving weekend, I was ready but I wasn’t expected to make a quick decision in the spot. I reached out to Diane and my lender right away, and we were able to lock the house down. Diane team was there with me since day one throughout this process, and she always checked on me from time to time even after the closing to make sure everything was working properly for me. A big thank you to all Zillow agents for your unconditional support during the buying process; also, a big thank you to Atlantic coast Morgage team for their support in making my loan process as smooth as possible. I’m really happy with my new house, and I couldn’t do it without Diane devotion, and unconditional support. We were incredibly lucky that we chose Carolyn Young and her team to help us with selling our home in Frederick County, MD. We had a strict and rushed timeline, right before the holiday season in November 2025. But Carolyn knew exactly what needed to be done to not just make the property attractive for multiple potential buyers but also who to reach out among her vast database of agents that could be a good fit. She worked within our timeline and patiently answered all our question. Carolyn and her team, specifically, Tonya Martin, were able to get property sale closed at asking price with minimal negotiation and had the sale completed well before Christmas. I would recommend her and her team to anyone either buying or selling in the DMV area.
