Jill and Sean were an absolute amazing team during our very compressed moving timeline. Her expertise in listening to our needs, completely understanding the dynamics of the market, and everything else related to real estate in the DMV region were instrumental to making our dream move come true. Just as Dave Ramsey advertises… she’s a top producer at the top of her game... her heart of a teacher and assertive but respectful advice were very much appreciated. When we had unusual issues arise during our buying experience, she calmly laser focused all energies on helping us overcome these challenges. She went over and above to be available 24/7 for our buying needs. You cannot ask for any better realtor who will be totally committed to you during a very complicated and stressful time. Her enthusiasm paired with her expertise is the reason we found our dream house and weathered complex, multiple offer scenarios. Brock is a cut above the rest. Personable, professional, responsive and resourceful. We appreciate Brock's approach to relationships. He always made us feel extremely valuable and very much like his lone customer. In his presence, he was present--not distracted as many real estate professionals make no qualms about. He shared listing that fit the bill for our needs and got us to them quickly when we showed interest. He made sure we stayed in control with his trusted guidance always within reach. We just bought our first house, and Jill was phenomenal--extremely responsive, knowledgeable, on the ball without stressing me out (not an easy task!), patient, professional, and incredibly helpful at every stage. The process from our first conversation through closing was seamless, which was quite impressive given that my husband and I knew absolutely nothing about homebuying or homeownership when we started looking. Everything was easy to do online, and everyone she connected us to, from the lender to the inspector to the contractor we ended up working with, was top notch. I could not be more enthusiastic in my recommendation!

From start to finish, it was a great and smooth experience, especially as a first time home buyer. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly and I felt comfortable the entire way. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful home-buying and selling experience with Brock. His laid back demeanor put us at ease during what can typically be a stressful process. He was very responsive to our questions/concerns/feedback, and had great knowledge of the local neighborhoods. He also put us in touch with a great team of people to assist with the mortgage process-- we highly recommend Brock and his team.
