We can’t recommend working with Heidi enough! What proved to be a more challenging sale than we anticipated was handled with confidence, patience, and honesty. She was a 100% professional who used keen strategy and integrity to get us the sale we were comfortable with. The whole time we were on the market I was entirely sure that she was doing every thing in her power, using every tool in her arsenal to pull traffic into the house. If I could sell every house we will own through Heidi I would (we are in Ohio now). Thank you Heidi!! And thank you Mary! You two are the best!

Heidi was incredible to work with and we will absolutely do it again if we have the need. She took care of everything from getting quotes from contractors and stagers, to managing the work they did on site, to dealing with our difficult HOA board, and advising us on pricing. We ended up with 4 offers after the first weekend, and the house went for the highest price ever in our neighborhood! Cannot recommend her enough if you're in the Northern VA area.

Buying property in Alexandra? Call Heidi! My wife and I were "on the clock" with a 1031 Exchange to complete. We had a 2 week window in which to identify the property for the exchange without running afoul of IRS rules. Read: make it happen! Well, Heidi did just that! In a market loaded with multiple offers and bidding wars, Heidi enabled us to purchase a home pre-market, with no bidding wars, and even got us some seller consideration to boot! I am inclined to be a do-it-yourself kind of guy and only leverage professional help when there is real value added, and in this case going with Heidi - a truly rockstar realtor - was the smartest move for us. Responsive - check! Knowledgeable - check, check! Negotiating skills - triple-check! This deal would not have happened without Heidi!
