The Summit Realty team provided exceptional service from my initial search for a new home to the closing of my home. The team truly worked as a team, as I worked with several members but I always had a point person and never felt that I was being handed-off as each member kept constant communication, but never too much. They provided a market analysis for me, and walked me through their App and outlined areas that I was interested in to obtain up-to-date properties coming on the market. We also set up consistent touchpoints to ensure I was still on the right track for my goals. They never pushed or were eager to wrap up the home buying process. They allowed me to go at my pace. I even put in an offer and withdrew and they never showed any frustration/irritation. They kept their word in wanting to build a relationship, and that's what they've built with me. I will most definitely recommend them to my friends and family and should I need expert realty services again, I will not hesitate to pick up the phone and use their services once more! You will not be disappointed should you choose Summit Realtors.

Had a very good experience with Summit Realtors. Frank and his staff were both friendly and extremely helpful and made us at ease. They helped us find our dream home and kept us on track with selling our townhouse. I was not sure what I was getting myself into, but found that buying and selling a home after being in the same house for 18 years had become a bit more streamlined and that we could now sign a lot of the documents online which made things a lot easier and quicker. Frank and hit team are extremely knowledgable of the local markets and were able to steer us in the right direction. Was very happy overall and would recommend them to anyone in the greater Northern Virginia area.

Kathy, Frank and William are fantastic. We had a complicated closing with setbacks, repairs, negotiations and lots of adjustments needed. We always felt our best interest and safety was their priority. We felt confident they would get us the information we needed, explained everything thoroughly and in an easy way to understand, advocated on our behalf, got us everything we needed and more. Responsive, respectful, organized, and great advocates to fight for you- everything you want in a realtor team.
