Submitted an online request for a realtor and David was the first one to reach out and was able to chat right away. He was extrememly knowledgable and helpful. He was quick to get back to me and made sure we had a chance to look at every house we asked to see. David worked with my schedule and helped me find my first home efficienlty. David is an awesome realtor and we couldn't have closed on our current house without his help. He guided us through the whole process, scheduled appointments for us at very short notices and managed all that in very short and squeezed time-frames. Both me and my fiancé are not based in Richmond, and don't know much about the area. David not only guided us on the neighborhoods and Richmond city, but also worked diligently on keeping us updated on latest postings, reaching out to us proactively every weekend to see if we planned on being in Virginia and stacking and squeezing all our showings in one day.
