We recently had the pleasure of working with David and Daniel Johnson to sell our home in Chesterfield, Virginia and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was truly five-star. They were always responsive, answering calls and texts almost immediately, which made the often-stressful process feel incredibly smooth and organized. We especially appreciated how they handled the last minute curve ball thrown at us 5 days before closing… we had to fix 3 items before the buyers’ lender would sign off on the deal. We were moving across country the day we found out, David and Daniel told us to still move and they’d take care of the 3 items! They lined up contractors and took care of everything for us and we were able to still close on time!
