Daniel is cool, calm, and collected and extraordinarily easy to work with. As a first-time home seller, we were very impressed with Daniel's knowledge and professionalism. He was able to help us negotiate above asking price for our home and served us very well throughout the home buying process. Not only that, but he helped us navigate smoothly through every real estate bump or issue that came up. We would highly, HIGHLY recommend him for anyone buying or selling a home in the Richmond area.

David is an awesome realtor and we couldn't have closed on our current house without his help. He guided us through the whole process, scheduled appointments for us at very short notices and managed all that in very short and squeezed time-frames. Both me and my fiancé are not based in Richmond, and don't know much about the area. David not only guided us on the neighborhoods and Richmond city, but also worked diligently on keeping us updated on latest postings, reaching out to us proactively every weekend to see if we planned on being in Virginia and stacking and squeezing all our showings in one day. We are very thankful and appreciative that we found him through Ramsey network and would highly recommend him to anybody looking for homes in Richmond area!

Daniel Helped in every way possible when buying a house. This was my first time in the housing market and he made things simple and easy to understand with his vast knowledge and willingness to help. He helped me negotiate a good price for the home and give unbiased suggestions on what we should be looking for in a house. He had my best interests in mind from the time I started looking until I finished signing at closing. He has also stayed in contact to make sure everything in the home was satisfactory.
