James helped is buy our dream house! He's an excellent communicator and quickly understood the features our family was looking for in a home. He's a very honest evaluator of homes features with knowledge of finer details such as the quality of different materials and finishes and brands of appliances -- all of which he readily will share with his clients. Great knowledge of DMV geography and market to get a fair price. Most importantly, James is easy to get in touch with and keeps the process streamlined, which really meant a lot to us as we were buying from out of state. It was important to work with someone we could trust, and that was James.

Nanette is a wonderful, caring, and accommodating agent who goes above and beyond to take care of you whenever you need it! She’s extremely responsive, even late into the night, flexible, personable, and does her best to keep you as informed as possible and lays out the facts for you. She even made sure we were move-in ready with checklists, and after our closing, she still checks in and is there for us after! You’ll be in great hands with Nanette!

Words cannot even begin to describe how thankful I am for James.
