Lizzie helped us purchase our home in 2019 and that process was so smooth that there was no doubt in our mind that we wanted her help again as we sold our house in 2024. Both times we have worked with her have been flawless. Her and her amazing team (especially Joe Bird!) were transparent, helpful, knowledgeable, and helped us stay at ease during what can be stressful times. Their guidance on how to prep for selling a home and the people they recommend to work with (cleaners, title company, photographers, etc.) all did an amazing job.
