Josue provided calm, expert guidance that made it possible for us to sell our home - the first day it was on the market - for thousands more than the listing price. His insights, sense of the market, and ability to negotiate with the buyer was irreplaceable. His marketing talent was unique, innovative, and impressive, making full use of today's technologies to ensure the widest possible distribution of information about our home. He led a team that staged our home so enticingly that we almost regretted putting in on the market! We've left the area, but if we ever return to Metro DC there's only one realtor we'll call - and he's the one you should call as well.

Josue is an exceptional realtor. He really takes the time to get to know you and educate you about purchasing a home and the whole process that entails. As a first time homebuyers, Josue made the process easy and stressless with his great communication, friendly personality and passion about real estate. He even goes the extra step to keep in touch after we purchased our first home. He always answered our calls and questions. He even suggested refinancing and provided a great recommendation. (Español abajo). My family and I are so, so thankful for all the ways in which Josue helped in the sale of our condo in the midst of a Pandemic and total shut down. We had multiple leads with various realtors vying to list our property, but his expertise and portfolio stood out by far. As has been the case for many, Covid threw numerous wrenches in our plans. Yet Josue was able to provide quick communication, advice and solutions time and again. From offering 3-D Viewing, to providing good staging ideas, to initiating conversations with the Condominium Association in my absence - we are so, so grateful for the time he invested and integrity he demonstrated. I cannot recommend him enough. Mi familia y yo estamos muy agradecidos con Josue por toda su ayuda (y paciencia) en la venta de nuestro condominio, la cual ocurrió en medio de la pandemia y quarentena.
