Carlos Rivera of Blue and Grey Realty is highly recommended to sell your house. He got it listed, held an open house and had several offers the next day. One was 10K over asking price! His photographer is top notch and totally showcases your house. His other contacts in the process are top notch. He is a nice guy who totally explains the process and provides recommendations on "staging" your house properly. I am one happy customer.

Jennifer and Carlos are amazing! They have now helped me navigate several real estate transactions and have always gotten me the best price/deal.
