Carlos Rivera of Blue and Grey Realty is highly recommended to sell your house. He got it listed, held an open house and had several offers the next day. One was 10K over asking price! His photographer is top notch and totally showcases your house. His other contacts in the process are top notch. He is a nice guy who totally explains the process and provides recommendations on "staging" your house properly. I am one happy customer.

Jennifer and Carlos are amazing! They have now helped me navigate several real estate transactions and have always gotten me the best price/deal. They are honest and have such great knowledge of home sales and always put the their client's needs first! Jennifer and Carlos Rivera of Blue and Gray Realty were fantastic agents to work with. Very responsive and they went the extra mile to make sure I understood all of the home buying process. Additionally, they were very flexible in fitting in viewings around my work schedule. They really looked out for my interests during the negotiation period and made sure I got a great deal in a good neighborhood!
