I recently had the pleasure of working with Talithia and her husband Van.  The power couple were amazing to work with.  Professional, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive and hardworking.  Not only would I like to work this Talithia again in the future but she is also the property manager of my townhouse.  She can help you buy a house, manage your other house and provide a cleaning service.  She is also very connected to all trade professionals.  I highly recommend Talithia, a one stop shop for anything related to real estate.  Thank you Talithia, fantastic job!

As a real estate agent Talithia went above and beyond the above and beyond. She can do it ALL...staging, renovation recommendations and extras you didn't even know you needed. It was truly a pleasure working with her. She was knowledgable in the market and skilled at marketing (social media, videos, virtual tours) etc.  I cant say enough good things. She will give her 110% to make sure you get your listing sold quickly and with as little stress as possible  She is amazing!
