Kyle is the best realtor that I've ever worked with and I am saying this based on the fact I was a realtor myself in California and I got to meet many people in this very competitive business. That is the reason I give this realtor a 5 star on all categories. It was our great pleasure working with you from the very beginning to the closing and beyond.

We recently bought a very nice home near us in the Midlothian area to rent to our daughter and her family. We started looking in January, and Kyle contacted us after we made an inquiry on one home. Although we didn't make an offer, Kyle continued to assist us through a very challenging market for home buyers, especially in our area. He showed us seven or eight homes, and we made offers on two of them, missing out the first one, but much more pleased with the second one, on which we were successful (offer accepted in mid-April; closed in mid-May). Kyle was great to work with - extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very patient with our demanding requirements. He did a great job in getting information for us and answering our questions. We would definitely be happy to work with Kyle again and recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a home.

I had an excellent experience working with Kyle. As a first-time home buyer, he made everything go incredibly smoothly. Very responsive, very insightful, attentive to details, and incredibly helpful at every step of the way. Highly recommend!

As we all know that during this Covid time, it’s been very difficult for the sellers and the buyers to deal with the housing selling and purchasing. We are worried about the pandemic but we need to get the house as soon as possible. I contacted Kyle and he was very responsive, knowledgeable and understanding our needs. We relocated to work in Virginia and want to get the house that not too far from our work location. Kyle has been very helpful and showed us the house. Kyle is very professional but also very caring about his clients. We felt frustrated and stressful with all the paperworks, the pandemics, the moving and the process of submitting the offer etc, Kyle understood, took time to explain, to helped and made this difficult process to be easier to deal with. Thank you Kyle and if I want to buy another house, I definitely will call Kyle! Great job!
