Kim was the ultimate professional with assisting in the sale of my current home and purchase. She provided solid counsel on negotiation when it came to the sale of the current home from preparation to final closing. Knowing that there was an advocate looking out made all the difference. Not only was it a relief to know that on the sale, she also assisted us in putting together a winning offer on the new home. Communication is key and Kim went over and above what anyone would reasonably expect. There was always a prompt response to questions and proactive communication throughout the entire process.
