Kim is great to work with whether you are buying or selling. She stays on top of every issue, makes herself constantly available and knows how to navigate complex situations. We sold our townhouse (second property) with Kim in early 2026. Kim advised us on how to stage and price the property. She provided a stager to add elements to make the rooms more visually appealing. Throughout the listing process, Kim was extremely easy to reach and she always answered our questions thoroughly. She has deep knowledge of the local market and is respected by all parties. We found nearly everyone in the local real estate market knows her and she carries a very favorable reputation among the community. The negotiation and closing was very smooth. Kim really responds emails and texts right away. She does NOT even stay a minute to respond any question I had about the townhome sale. After I researched her online, I found out that she is first best realtor in Woodbury. I hired her to sell this house during the winter holidays and there few showings during the first couple of months. Eventually, after around 80 days on market it got sold/closed. Kim was the ultimate professional with assisting in the sale of my current home and purchase. She provided solid counsel on negotiation when it came to the sale of the current home from preparation to final closing. Knowing that there was an advocate looking out made all the difference.
