I interviewed several realtors before selecting Kim Ziton. She was the clear stand out and was amazing to work with from start to finish. She is so responsive ( you hear back from HER personally every time, promptly!) , knowledgeable and professional. I got top dollar for my home which sold in just 4 days. Kim did a great job in all phases of the selling process. Starting with a market pricing assessment, pre-sale marketing, dealing with all questions / issues in a timely manner and all the way thru closing. She made the process easy even though we had a few self-inflicted issues. She had an answer or resource to resolve any issue which came up. For example, the inspection identified a broken truss in our attic and she was able to get a certified contractor out to fix in 2 days. And most importantly, the final results were 3 qualified buyers the first day and ultimately a cash offer within 48 hours which exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Kim and team.

This our fifth transaction with Kim. She understood what we wanted and gave honest assessments of our considerations. Kim is very communicative and never disappointed in responding to questions. We have always felt that she had our best interests at heart. Simply, Kim is the best!
