Kim was the ultimate professional. She was easy to work with, great directions for how to proceed with listing our property. Appreciated her responsiveness to questions either by email or text. Kim is fantastic at what she does. She is incredibly professional, and her expert knowledge made the whole buying and selling process really simple for us. She was always very quick to respond with any questions we had, even at the very beginning when we had barely started looking at new homes and were still unsure if we were actually ready to buy something. She also has an extensive network of people that work alongside her ranging from stagers to painters and contractors she was able to recommend at any moment. We also found out first hand in talking with other realtors at open houses that Kim has a stellar reputation - any time we mentioned that we were working with her, we were always met with the most positive responses.
