Hyounsoo was incredible!! Such a huge help in the process of selling and buying. This was our second timing buying a home, but first time selling. She helped make the process to prepare and sell our home so easy by giving us specific projects that should be done and maybe more importantly, what didn't need to. When it came to buying, she was so responsive and easy to get a hold of! We never felt like a burden and was always willing to show us a home we were interested in (even when she knew it wouldn't be a good home for us!).
