I highly recommend Isabella for your home journey, whether you are buying or selling. She is an extremely talented agent, but more importantly, you can tell she really cares about each client individually. She is knowledgeable and knows the market well so you can make evidence-based, informed decisions throughout the entire process. The communication and updates are frequent, and her team will go above and beyond in every step of the way. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have had with a realtor. Not only was she dishonest in her knowledge of the market in the area, she misrepresented her experience as a sellers agent. She made empty promises saying she would do everything in her power to sell my home. Instead she ended up marketing herself at open houses, marketing consisted of Facebook directing people to her personal website where my home was difficult to find. She refused to take calls during the day making text necessary. When she did reply she would address only parts and not answer direct questions. This resulted in me having to ask these questions again. And again as they were important. In response she composed a text saying my texts were making it difficult to do her job and was done so in a very unprofessional rude manner. She caused my family a lot of stress and wasted valuable time. In the end she demanded we drop our listing price 75k or she would walk. She was fired instead.

Always finds the time for showings no matter the day or the time, let's you know what you need to know even if she knows that you will move on from the house you're looking at, she will tell you the truth about all the details. She's as friendly as it gets and an ELITE realtor. Isabella was able to get us our dream home ?? ??.

Isabella was so wonderful to work with! We would highly recommend choosing her to be your realtor. As first time homebuyers, we were lucky to have Isabella in our corner teaching us and and advocating for us. She is a great communicator, she’s reliable and organized.
