Mike was fantastic to work with! Super responsive, flexible, and got things scheduled so quick and conveniently. He was able to answer all my questions and explained things clearly. The process was new to me and Mike was extremely helpful with all aspects of home buying. The closing process was quick and smooth. Definitely recommend!!

Steve was fantastic to work with! From the very beginning, he wasn’t afraid to put in his 2 cents while recognizing that his client ultimately makes the decisions. He was able to provide helpful input throughout the process and knew when to not step on our toes as the “boss”. He made sure to be present for all appointments at our property of purchase and always followed up with third parties to make sure everything was in order. He became a friend to our family, someone we could trust to tell us how it was and someone we could count on to have our best interest at heart throughout the process. We would definitely recommend him to any friends or family, and work with him again if we are ever in the market to buy (or sell) a house again!

Our first-time home buying experience with Mike could not have been better! Mike Favre is a true professional. He was knowledgeable about the market, extremely responsive to all communication and patient with all of the questions we had! Andy B. was our realtor helping us sell our home. He and his assistant Kate were invaluable in helping my husband and I move after 40 years in the same home. They were patient with our timeline and assisted with each step of the process. I was reluctant to ask the amount suggested, but in the end we were offered $50k over the asking price! I was totally in awe. I would definitely recommend the John Schuster group to anyone!

I can't say enough about Steve and how great he was to work with. My husband and I didn't know much about the home buying process and Steve made it very easy, he explains every step along the way and each stage of the process. He was a tremendous help to my husband and I when looking for our first home. Steve works a lot with first time home buyers; he's straightforward, honest, and very communicative. He really cares about his clients and wants to make sure they find the right home, and he did just that for us. He made sure we took our time and didn't rush into anything so we could really focus on what we were looking for and what we wanted in our first home for our family. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone in need of a realtor whether it was to buy or sell. He will not steer you wrong.
