Working with Michael Farve has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I’ve had the opportunity to work with him on both buying and selling two different properties, and I can confidently say he is one of the best in the business. Working with Mike was amazing! He helped me find my first house and was so supportive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I always felt like a priority and he is very responsive. Mike is honest, positive, and great at building relationships with both clients and other agents. His communication and negotiation skills helped me beat out other offers despite coming in at a lower price! Mike is a great agent and overall human and I highly recommend him!

Mike Farve was our agent for purchasing a home in a competitive Saint Paul neighborhood. Over the 10 months we worked together he proved very knowledgeable and capable. In a market that many homes sell off-market he used his numerous connections to get us into "coming soon" homes and some that never made it to market. In the end we found an off- market property which took a great deal of extra negotiation and time on his part. Mike held our hands when the search was hard and celebrated with us when we found our perfect house. Mike is a pleasure to work with. He has a great sense of humor and really cares about his clients as evinced by the weekly check-in calls he made to me during the tense period when we were waiting for our home to sell. We highly recommend Mike as an agent. Home buying is hugely stressful and Mike got the job done with humor, kindness and patience. We couldn't be any happier with our experience.

Mike did an amazing job on getting me my first ever house! Cannot recommend enough, he is a great guy and excellent to work with. I felt like he really cared about getting us a great deal on a great home, and he helped us do that successfully! Very excited for my new home!
