Barb & Rich Parks had a pop up opportunity to move to a senior rental townhome that we were on a waiting list for. Chris Neill was one of the realtors we immediately interviewed, and subsequently hired, to market our current Edina home. Both Chris Neill’s and Cassidy LeDuc’s communication skills are outstanding. Barb & I were kept in the loop and our numerous questions and concerns were fielded promptly. The Edina home sale was completed in about four days subsequent to listing the home for the asking price. The entire closing process was handled expeditiously and in accordance with our desires. Overall, these two folks deserve praise for their work ethic, realtor skills, and sales abilities.

If I could give a rating of more than 5 stars, I would have. Mike was our rock throughout our house hunting process. He was knowledgeable, smart, professional, funny and most importantly patient. He never once pushed us on a house. We worked with him for a few years before we locked in on a house that we now call home. You should work with Mike - he will make sure you get your home too, just like we did. :)

We had an amazing experience working with Steve! From the beginning when he explained the marketing/sales process he uses that is based on his current work with both buyers and sellers, including a review of comps for our property, we felt we made the right choice. Steve kept us informed, always ensuring topics were clear and with focused communication. He gave us the opportunity to express thoughts as we brainstormed to formulate the plan to sell our home. Once there were showings, interest and offers he focused on negotiating to close the sale. Steve was always available to address questions, he kept us informed on how the process was moving along and what the next step or steps were. With his personal touch we felt little stress moving through the sales process. He was always ready to go the extra mile to be sure we were secure and comfortable with each step in the process. Steve is a supportive and dedicated realtor with a wealth of knowledge, a first-class realtor that we highly recommend.
