The preparation and attention to detail while preparing to sell my home were amazing: small changes to furniture placement/arrangement to help sell the home. There was great communication throughout the entire process from the initial property to review to when the offers were being negotiated. Moving between states in the winter, Jay and his team did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond to help insure everything was in order (snow cleared from the driveway and walk ways, shoes removed during showings). If you're looking to sell your home, highly recommend reaching out to Jay and his team!

I stumbled upon Jay and his group while looking for a second option when my Brothers and I were about to sell my Mothers home after her passing. I live out of state and was in Minnesota to take care of her estate when I literally picked up my phone and said “hey siri…..” and it came up with Joey Fletch Real Estate Group. Jay was at the door step within a couple hours. He won me over with his extremely professional and no nonsense way. Then I had to get the my brothers to agree to “this is the group we want to go with”. They did, and we ran with it. Jays team is amazing. Friendly and very professional and would answer Email, texts and phone calls very quickly. I was back home in Georgia at this time and still everything went so smoothly. They had the house sold in the “coming soon” with multiple offers within hours of hitting the MLS. This is a wonderful company and if you want to hire a realtor that will do it ALL this is the one! It was a very stressful and emotional time for my Brothers and I and selling the house with Jay and his team took the stressful part away. We can’t thank Jay and his team enough!!!

We had a great experience working with Brian Beaubien of the J. Fletch real estate group. I retired at the beginning of 2023 and my wife was also retired. We decided we wanted to move to Western Wisconsin and started working with Brian in late November 2023. My wife and I were not sure exactly what we wanted to buy and our house criteria evolved during our home search. Brian was extremely accommodating and very patient with us showing us homes for three months. He got what we wanted and never applied any pressure during the process. Brian was super knowledgeable about the area we wanted to move to. With his help, we found a great house that we closed on April1st. We moved in right after closing. It was a real pain moving from a house that was built for us 30 years ago, but we love the new house and love Hudson. We highly recommend Brian. He is the consummate professional. We really valued his opinion on each of the homes we looked at. When I asked for his opinion on a house, he gave his honest opinion. If you are looking for a home in the Hudson/Somerset area Brian is your guy!

The perfect home buying experience because of Brian!!! We purchased at a bad time when inventory was low and demand was high. He was beyond patient and has a vast knowledge of the local market. This was our 5th home we’ve bought and sold thanks to being military. Brian and the Jay Fletch team have been our favorite to date. The stress of home ownership was removed and it allowed us to focus on the future for our family.
