We are excited to share our terrific experience working with Deborah Davis and Michelle Stanko of The Pearl Team. When a Realtor refers you to another Realtor, you go into it having super high expectations and from start to finish, they knocked it out of the park! They made the entire process incredibly easy for us. If we could name our next child after them, we would! That's how highly I think of them. They set realistic expectations for us from the beginning. We had never sold a home, so this side of the process was new to us. They explained every step in layman's terms, never making us feel uncomfortable asking questions. We thought we had the house organized and ready, but watching them work their magic, they completely transformed our home. When they tell you to remove an item, do it! Our home never looked better! They even brought their own staging items, and we didn't have to pay extra for that, which was a nice little extra! I won't lie, having your home looking show-ready with a toddler and a dog was difficult, but so worth it in the end. Of course, I wanted to list the house for a higher amount and they agreed, but after a few days I realized they were right all along and we lowered the price and boom! It sold in 5 days, 10K over asking! Now that's what I'm talking about! Their blend of expertise from getting the house in tip-top shape to the expert negotiation was invaluable. If I could give Deborah and Michelle more than 5 stars I would!

When my wife and I first interviewed Deborah, we were impressed with her engaging personality, her confidence, and her listening skills. Deborah had her contractors visit and give us their thoughts before she was under contract with us, which was helpful. Where we used her contractors and her recommended title company, all seemed competent and responsive. We could tell she had a good relationship with her preferred contractors. Deborah had a good sense of the market. She showed us the current market data but also showed an intuitive sense of what was transpiring in the real estate market. Most critically, she used proactive and creative marketing, which was helpful in a market that was slowing by mid-May. Without her marketing, we might have had to wait longer for an offer. Instead, we received an offer inside of a week directly as a result of her marketing activities. Her administrative support person also kept us informed along the way. Most importantly, we felt Deborah was always attentive to our interests. We think Deborah and The Pearl Team did an excellent job for us, and we would contract with them again without hesitation.
