Victoria is a fantastic realtor! She sold our home before it even hit the market! Her suggestions on the small finishing touches helped us get over asking price for our home. When she helped us with the purchase of our new construction home, she saved us multiple thousands of dollars by negotiating down the lot premium price. She also got us a huge credit to use towards finishes for our new home. Victoria guides her clients from start to finish, and is always just a phone call away. Real estate is her passion and it’s very evident in how she cares for her clients. Her attention to detail makes her the best realtor around!

**First Time Home Buyer Review** Victoria was a wonderful realtor. We just moved to VA and did know her at all before the process, she came highly recommended from a friend. She was so nice, professional, and easy to work with. Victoria was very available, able to view homes at the drop of a hat, and answered all of our questions in way that made sense to us. All of her recommendations (mortgage bank, inspector, etc..) were fantastic and worked out great. It should speak to her negotiation skills that we were able to close a house in this market where there's consistently 15+ offers and everything is going over. Overall the process was really stress free, I'm not sure if we were just an easy case or she absorbed all of the stress for us. Would highly recommend!

Victoria will provide you with a very positive and professional experience. We have known Victoria personally for 10 years, so we knew of her work ethic, generosity, and compassion for others. This was our first time however working with her professionally as well as our first time selling and buying a home. We had no idea what a process it would be and are so grateful we choose her to walk through it with us. From the very beginning she sat down with us and explained everything in ways we could understand. She really listened to us when we had questions or concerns and always responded to texts and calls right away. Even on vacation when we saw a place we wanted to check out, she ensured others were there to walk us through and called us after to hear our feedback. During the selling process she was there every step of the way from walking through what we needed to fix up, loaning us items to stage with, helping us finish prepping for pictures, understanding and considering multiple offers, and celebrating with us when we received more than we expected! During the buying process she not only negotiated home inspection items that could've been waived, but helped us get the home for less than what we planned on paying. We could not have asked for a more professional or caring realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling or buying.

Victoria is an incredible agent. We recently purchased our “forever home” in a tough seller’s market. We hadn’t been actively looking, but saw the home while browsing Zillow. We didn’t have financing lined up, and hadn’t really been expecting to buy in a pandemic, especially with homes going so quickly in this area. When we saw this home, we knew it was special, it was exactly the house and location we were looking for. Victoria had us under contract for the home in three days. We closed and moved into our dream home 35 days later. We couldn’t be more thrilled! We sold our townhome quickly, for $10K over asking, with 7 excellent offers to choose from. Every step of the way, Victoria guided us expertly - from negotiating a solid offer, staging our home, and choosing a buyer. She is well-connected and knows the real estate market in this area. Her responsiveness and assurance guided us smoothly through this process.
