Stilla is an amazing, result-oriented and professional real estate agent who we have bought and sold two houses with her over last 10 years in different market conditions. She is a very knowledgeable, and seasoned agent in all aspects of buying and selling properties in the Bay area, specifically in South Bay and Peninsula. In every transactions, she prepared great comp reports for us and provided us excellent guidance helping us to decide on the listing price, or the offer price, and in negotiations. She has an extra-ordinary positive and caring personality and is very supportive throughout the time from initial meeting and conversations, to when the house is listed, or touring different houses, and taking on and helping with all appointments/work during the process and representing us with the prospective buyer, or the seller until conclusion of sale/purchase. We really enjoyed our work with her. She made the process of our transactions very easy and pleasant for us. Would definitely work with her again, and highly recommend her.
