Doug and his team were great to work with. There was no pressure during our first visit with Doug. When we hired him, he walked us through the legal documents a line at a time making the process very comfortable. Penni and Doug "held our hands" through the whole process of getting the property on the market. Our solar company was not easy to deal with (payoff and transfer) but Terese took care of everything for us; I was so grateful for that. The whole team kept us on track through the entire process; less than a month from listing date to closing date!

We worked with Terese in 2023, and she was a great help. We were buying a house for the first time, and she made it easy for us to get a nice single-family home. Terese is patient, knows a lot about the process, and responds quickly to our messages, even when she's on a break. She also has lots of connections in the housing industry, including with lenders. She also sends out alerts about new houses before they're officially on the market, which is a big advantage. What really makes Terese stand out is her ability to negotiate. Even when there was a better offer on the table, she managed to get us the house. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her. We highly highly recommend Terese!
