I have used Dominic Nicoli twice now to help me sell my primary residence. Back in 2014 I interviewed three local Realtors to help me sell my primary residence. Dominic's track record, his deep understanding of the local market and the fact that he is supported by an outstanding team made the choice clear. Dominic toured my house, made suggestions for minor improvements and even arranged for the work - it made a huge difference and I sold the place for $100k over my expectations. Over the years Dominic kept in touch, and when it was time for me to sell my latest residence I knew he was the one to call. Once again I was in a situation where I had already moved on and wanted to sell quickly, but at a solid price - and I also didn't have the time to deal with all of the details. Oh, and it was in the middle of a pandemic! Dominic and his team came through for me again - they lined up the painter, the cleaner, the landscaper, inspections and the staging. We went to market 3 weeks after I handed him the keys despite there being a lot of work to be done. I happily accepted an all cash offer within 24 hours. Dominic and his team are absolutely the best at what they do, and I strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for truly exceptional service from a Realtor.

Dominic and his staff helped us sell our home in Morgan Hill. Dominic was very familiar with our market and gave us good suggestions to get ready to sell. His office and support staff were highly organized, providing us with a master timeline and regular updates throughout the process. Communication is key during a complex transaction and Dominic and his staff more than delivered.

Dominic and his team expertly handled the sale of our home in Sunnyvale in March of 2018. He was an extremely reliable and trustworthy person to deal with throughout the process, and he helped us in many ways in the preparation of our house for sale. His recommendations for staging, landscaping, and bathroom remodeling allowed our house to quickly be put in optimal sales shape, and it resulted in a very successful outcome. Additionally, when we needed help finding a realtor in Morgan Hill, Dominic introduced us to a colleague who has been awesome. I highly recommend Dominic, and couldn't see using anyone else for a home sale/purchase in the area.
