Julie and her team could not have been better. From the initial meeting with Julie and Mark we knew we were in good hands. They told us about the performance of the neighbourhood in recent sales, what preparation work to do to maximise sale price, what not to do because it would not yield enough in price increase in order to pay for the work, etc. She has another team member, Bianca, who handled all of the day to day coordination of activities, as we are from out of town and we never had to ask about what was going on. Everything was reported promptly. Julie helped us navigate different offers, has knowledge of other local brokers and made recommendations that assisted the deal closing in 30 days with no delays. If we could give a higher rating we could. Look no further than Julie and team!

My brother introduced me to Mark and Julie when I decided to make my first home purchase. We looked at multiple homes together and Mark’s feedback was seriously taken into consideration after each showing. When I found the home that was right for me, Mark and Julie went into action. They started with a detailed summary of the inspection reports and disclosures. Then came comparable sales and a suggested offer price. Our offer went and the negotiations ensued. Their strategy and communication throughout the process was clear and concise. I ended up in contract on the home with a price and terms that met my expectations. Throughout the close of escrow, the communication continued every step of the way, making the process smooth and worry free. Mark’s suggestions on minor improvements, cost estimates, an return on investment were also very helpful in my decision making. I know my brother and I will work with Mark and Julie again in the future and will suggest the same to friends, family, and colleagues.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Julie, Mark, and Bianca. From the very beginning, they demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the area and the zip codes we should be looking at for our preferences and budget, and were so communicative. Then, when it was time to make an offer on a house with an extremely quick turn, their team moved heaven and earth to get our offer prepared and submitted in time, counseling us the whole way with excellent advice to help ensure we had a strong offer. It was clear throughout the whole process that Julie and her team are extremely well-respected and have connections to other realtors, lenders, etc. that made the whole experience seamless.
