We recently sold our home with Julie & Mark Wyss and couldn’t be happier with how they handled the entire process from start to finish. You can tell that they are consummate professionals and top leaders in their field with each detail thoughtfully taken care of and checking in with my husband and I every step of the way. I never had to worry because I had total confidence in them handling everything. With a new baby, selling a home and pending move, I was dreading the home buying/selling experience but Julie and Mark truly made it stress-free and actually enjoyable. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again when we’re ready for our next home!

Enter Julie Wyss and her business manager, Bianca, who suggested an off-market approach. Their strategy worked wonders, resulting in just a few showings and a quick sale at top dollar. Julie and Bianca went above and beyond, even helping to prepare my yard and clear out remaining items after escrow closed. If you're thinking of selling your home, I can't recommend Julie Wyss enough. She's a senior specialist and truly deserves a 5-star rating.

I can't recommend Mark Wyss enough! Although having purchased properites in other markets before, the bay area market is very different, and he patiently guided me through every step of the process. Mark has a deep understanding of the local area and was fantastic at explaining all the intricacies of homebuying. He was always available to answer questions, no matter how small, and kept me informed throughout the entire journey. It worked out great getting a house here, in a competitive market.

"Outstanding service! "Top notch!" From the very first meeting with Julie and Mark Wyss I felt they were professional and understood the market and how to get the best outcome for me. As well their staff, Bianca, Elsa, and Trina, kept me up to date on each step of open houses, stats of the area, prospective buyers to the condo always attentive and helpful, making my experience exceptional. Everyone was reliable, ethical, transparent and straightforward taking time to answer my concerns and educate me through the entire process. Julie and her team could not have been better. From the initial meeting with Julie and Mark we knew we were in good hands. They told us about the performance of the neighbourhood in recent sales, what preparation work to do to maximise sale price, what not to do because it would not yield enough in price increase in order to pay for the work, etc. She has another team member, Bianca, who handled all of the day to day coordination of activities, as we are from out of town and we never had to ask about what was going on. Everything was reported promptly. Julie helped us navigate different offers, has knowledge of other local brokers and made recommendations that assisted the deal closing in 30 days with no delays. If we could give a higher rating we could. Look no further than Julie and team!
