My sisters and I met with Sandy after our brother was hospitalized with a serious illness. He had lived in San Jose California and we all lived in Minnesota. Sandy was recommended to us by an extended family realtor. She was very easy to talk with. She explained some options about selling our brother’s house. We opted to do the many improvements needed on the property before selling it as is. Sandy was able to assemble many different contractors to do an amazing job of renovating the house and yard. When the work was completed, she had the home professionally staged for showings. Throughout the whole process, Sandy kept my sisters and I updated with pictures. We couldn’t believe how great a job that she and the contractors did. The house sold quickly. I highly recommend Sandy Jamison.

My partner and I really enjoyed meeting Janan and were very impressed by her thoughtfulness, strategic thinking, and overall professionalism and preparedness on very short notice — all while holding our fidgety baby on her lap! She gave us lots of insightful points to consider with regard to buying a new home and selling our existing home. She also made very efficient use of our time and did not push us to take actions we were not comfortable with. Although we ended up going with a different realtor, we were very impressed by Janan and would definitely consider working with her in the future.

Darren Stevens and his team at Tuscana Properties were fantastic! As first time home buyers, Darren helped my fiancée and I navigate the entire home buying process from start to finish. It only took 3 weekends of tag ups and exploring properties until we found the the place that was right for us. Daren even helped craft our winning offer, drawing upon his 19+ years of experience. He even came out for the home inspection and provided excellent insight.
