My partner and I really enjoyed meeting Janan and were very impressed by her thoughtfulness, strategic thinking, and overall professionalism and preparedness on very short notice — all while holding our fidgety baby on her lap! She gave us lots of insightful points to consider with regard to buying a new home and selling our existing home. She also made very efficient use of our time and did not push us to take actions we were not comfortable with. Although we ended up going with a different realtor, we were very impressed by Janan and would definitely consider working with her in the future.

Darren Stevens and his team at Tuscana Properties were fantastic! As first time home buyers, Darren helped my fiancée and I navigate the entire home buying process from start to finish. It only took 3 weekends of tag ups and exploring properties until we found the the place that was right for us. Daren even helped craft our winning offer, drawing upon his 19+ years of experience. He even came out for the home inspection and provided excellent insight. Gabby was a incredible asset to the sale of our property. Our first meeting we felt no pressure but a concern for our specific needs . She helped us totally through the listing and the sale of our property. Never did we feel pushed or pressured but she worked hard to let us know we were all a team. And worked especially hard to work with our concerns and schedule . Also gave us good tips on what things to do to make it presentable to buyers . She also advised us on whole house and pest inspection, which then we knew what things needed attention. and was available and answered all our questions. She made the showings with other agents smooth. And the sale another transaction from start to finish . I am proud today to say that Gabby was our agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
