My wife and I began looking seriously at buying our first home together this past April. Throughout the process, Scott and Manavi were always available to answer any questions we had and were able to meet on short notice to look at houses. They gave us advice on navigating the market and were 100% focused on getting the best deal for us. We closed on our first home in May, way sooner than we expected and significantly under our budget. We love our new home and plan to stay there a while, but when we are ready to move again, we will definitely be working with them.

We have now used Manavi and Scott twice to both buy and sell our home. From start to finish, we had an incredible experience working with them because they made the entire process smooth, strategic, and even fun. Their full-service approach really stands out—professional staging was included, which made a huge impact in showcasing our home. The open house was not only well-executed but also memorable—they brought in an ice cream truck that created a great buzz and drew in a lot of foot traffic! My neighbor who had already signed with another realtor was so impressed with the Boeser's that they considered switching realtors. Thanks to their smart strategy and strong negotiation skills, we received four offers within days, went under contract in just four days, and closed above asking price with no contingencies. This isn’t just a side hustle for them (which seems to be the case with many relators)—this is their full-time job, and it shows in every detail because they have lots of experience. We couldn’t have asked for better partners in selling our home. Highly recommend!

I can't tell you how wonderful it was to work with Manavi and Scott. We met Manavi at an open house around a year ago and we just clicked with her (the ice cream/cookie truck at the open house didn't hurt!). She checked in throughout the year sending us options that matched our desires. We finally found the home of our dreams and it was a no brainer to reach out to her (even having several friends that are real estate agents). The timing was perfect. She was great with negotiations and the process was so smooth. I would recommend her to anyone looking for their perfect home!

Scott and Manavi were a pleasure to work with as seller agents while selling my home in Sterling. They made the entire process easy. While I was out of town most of the time. they kept me informed and involved. Their entire team pulled together during every step of the process--arranging and monitoring the renovations, staging the house and managing the sales process itself, etc. The photographs of the house for the listing were perfect when it went live. Less than a week after listing my property, they negotiated a price that was well above my expectations. I strongly recommend working with the Boeser Group for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!
