As a first time home buyer, Scott helped me navigate the process from start to finish. During our first meeting, he sat down and walked through the entire process, and patiently answered all of my questions. It became apparent pretty quickly that he was very knowledgeable, had a good grasp on the market in the Arlington area, and was passionate about real estate. I was moving from a rental property and had a hard, fast approaching deadline when I started the home buying process. Scott was quick to schedule home showings and, once I found a place, knew how to leverage a fast closing process to work in my advantage. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy a place in the area.

Scott and Manavi were our realtors for both buying and selling a property in Northern Virginia and we have been impressed with their expertise, advice, and professionalism during both processes. When selling, they provided sound advice on what parts of our house should be touched up and what aspects could be left alone. They did a fantastic job marketing our property, beautifully staging our house and going above and beyond to ensure a wide audience received marketing materials. We signed a contract after 6 days on market and closed soon after. When buying, they connected us with an incredible lender that allowed us to obtain extremely competitive financing, they provided recommendations and guidance to help us develop a compelling offer and negotiated with the sellers agent to reach an extremely competitive deal. They assisted us in navigating the process, clearly explaining the nuances at each step and kept the transaction on track. Throughout both processes, they were extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for handymen to do minor repairs, house inspectors, and other Services that help to have a personal connection or recommendation.
