We have now used Manavi and Scott twice to both buy and sell our home. From start to finish, we had an incredible experience working with them because they made the entire process smooth, strategic, and even fun. Their full-service approach really stands out—professional staging was included, which made a huge impact in showcasing our home. The open house was not only well-executed but also memorable—they brought in an ice cream truck that created a great buzz and drew in a lot of foot traffic! My neighbor who had already signed with another realtor was so impressed with the Boeser's that they considered switching realtors. Thanks to their smart strategy and strong negotiation skills, we received four offers within days, went under contract in just four days, and closed above asking price with no contingencies. This isn’t just a side hustle for them (which seems to be the case with many relators)—this is their full-time job, and it shows in every detail because they have lots of experience. We couldn’t have asked for better partners in selling our home. Highly recommend!

I can't tell you how wonderful it was to work with Manavi and Scott. We met Manavi at an open house around a year ago and we just clicked with her (the ice cream/cookie truck at the open house didn't hurt!). She checked in throughout the year sending us options that matched our desires. We finally found the home of our dreams and it was a no brainer to reach out to her (even having several friends that are real estate agents). The timing was perfect. She was great with negotiations and the process was so smooth. I would recommend her to anyone looking for their perfect home!

Scott and Manavi were a pleasure to work with as seller agents while selling my home in Sterling. They made the entire process easy. While I was out of town most of the time. they kept me informed and involved. Their entire team pulled together during every step of the process--arranging and monitoring the renovations, staging the house and managing the sales process itself, etc. The photographs of the house for the listing were perfect when it went live. Less than a week after listing my property, they negotiated a price that was well above my expectations. I strongly recommend working with the Boeser Group for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

I worked with Tim for about 3 months while purchasing my first home and from start to end he was exceptional. He knows the NoVa market very well and helped me to not only narrow my search but also with looking into areas I hadn’t considered before. Tim is prompt, honest, pays attention to detail and keeps in mind the things you’re looking for so that he can provide valuable feedback. I also appreciate that Tim quickly determines negotiating strategies based off who the sellers and realtors are as well as present and past market conditions. Tim also recommended 2 great lenders, one of whom I proceeded with instead of the 3 lenders I found. Tim is emblematic of the type of quality you can expect from The Boeser Group.

I highly recommend working with Manavi on any real estate transaction. We met as I was signing in at an open house in Tysons, VA. After answering my questions about the property and the area, Manavi set herself apart from many other agents in two ways. First, she asked for the opportunity to interview to be my agent and second, she did not pepper me with questions about my price point or budget like agents are known to do. Once we started working together, Manavi made the process a breeze. We wanted to bid on property that had an offer deadline, so she helped us put together a competitive bid. When our bid was selected, she was ready with suggestions for local professionals that would help us with making the closing process a breeze. Manavi will absolutely be my agent on my next real estate transaction.
