    Francisco is an outstanding human who just happens to be in real estate. Buying a house – the right house for you – can be stressful, exhausting, worrisome, a little scary, and cause indecisiveness. But it thankfully never really felt that way working with Francisco. From the time I first met with Francisco in his office, to some months later saying goodbye outside of the same office after closing on my house, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Francisco and I found a house I thought I would never find. It had the perfect combination of all the things I was looking for – the “must haves” and the “would like to haves.” But finding the right house for you is one thing. Getting to closing is another. I remember one of the first things Francisco said when I initially met him was, “I’m a good negotiator.” And when it came down to it he really was. His knowledge and experience shone when it was time to strategically negotiate with the seller. When we ran into some headwinds before closing and some things that needed to be done by the seller, Francisco not only kept it on track and on time, but negotiated terms that were exclusively in our favor. Francisco’s team were an extension of his professionalism and exceptional service. Salvador Pope was an exceptional communicator regarding all of the contract material, and Carter Kannapell, the lender that Francisco recommended we use, was great to work with from the start. Francisco and I looked at upwards of 60 properties in a short period, but it felt like I was his only client even though I knew he was managing many other clients who were at various stages in their homebuying process. Francisco is always professional, courteous, personable, prompt, and quick to reply or address any questions. Francisco’s judgments about the houses we saw were always accurate, even if I didn’t agree with him at first! While I may have been distracted by some shiny object that the house of the day featured, he always had the targeted criteria in mind for what constituted the right house for me. Price vs. value; Location pros and cons relative to my day-to-day schedule; Other elements I wouldn’t even have considered, such as all of the characteristics of the street or block that would factor into my overall satisfaction and potential home value appreciation; The potential cost to make a change or fix to a house that had potential but just needed a certain amount of work done to make it right; Or more importantly, a house that I thought had potential, but that Francisco would point out might require too much money and time from me to get it into good shape. I trusted that Francisco’s knowledge of the market – current conditions, possible future conditions, neighborhood values and drawbacks, potential resale value of contenders, and his due diligence when determining comparable homes when considering an offer – went into every decision we made when deciding to move forward with a listing or move on. Francisco quickly built a trust that I really valued. He seemed TRULY interested, if not intrinsically motivated, by the idea of finding the best possible house for me, my daughter, and our needs. I could go on and on about the refreshingly positive experience it was working with Francisco. But instead, I’ll just tell you that you needn’t go on and on with your search for a partner in your home-buying experience, no matter what your circumstances or criteria may be.     Frankie did a great job with all aspects of the purchase, and we wound up with a great house and location, and a fabulous investment as well. We came to the market not sure what we wanted, and over a couple months he showed us a number of neighborhoods and possibilities. The one we selected was completely renovated, and he negotiated with the sellers and our inspectors to resolve unfinished bits. He orchestrated the loan and a rapid closing, completing a complicated process with poise and good humor. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

    As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Behtel made the entire process seamless from start to finish—communicative, knowledgeable, and truly invested in my journey (highlighted by but putting in my offer while she was away visiting family!) . From answering every question I had, to navigating negotiations with confidence, she turned what could’ve been overwhelming into something easy and empowering. Highly recommend!

    David Evans and the MDT team were a dream to work with as we sold our beloved home of 25 years. First, David showed his love for our house, which warmed our hearts. Then, he had a number of great ideas for how to get our house ready. All this prep could have been enormously stressful for us, but David consistently helped us with big tasks and small and helped us feel at ease as we tackled them. Then David and his teammates did a marvelous job of managing the open houses and showings to prospective buyers. They kept us constantly updated and told us how well we were doing. The end result was our receiving multiple offers on our home and a sale price above what we expected. Well, actually, MDT weren’t done. They also played a key, reassuring role in the settlement process. We are so grateful to David and the whole MDT team and wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else!

    David is great. He's extremely personable and offered helpful practical advise while my wife and I were looking to find our first home. David was readily available for appointments and showings, patient with the questions we had about the buying process, and made an otherwise stressful process as unstressful as it could be. We love our new home. Thanks David!
