A gold star real estate agent with meticulous attention to detail, attentiveness to customer needs, and hustle and tenacity that I have never seen before in another human being. But what truly amazes me and what sets Nina apart is her integrity and the rapport she builds with her clients. In just a few meetings, I knew I could reliably trust her recommendations and I never had to doubt Nina’s ability to deliver. We must clone Nina because we need more agents like her! Nina was awesome as our buying agent. When we found a home that we loved, we were told that there were 6 other proposals and had a deadline by 7pm that night. Nina met with us immediately to create a proposal. She gave us great advice to have a competive offer and helped us turn in our offer on time. She was great throughout the whole process and made sure to address our concerns. She was very knowledgable and always followed up our questions with the sellers and the lending company. I recently moved back to VA from overseas on very short notice and friends who were working with Nina referred her to me with high praise. It was well deserved. Nina worked above and beyond with my tight time schedule and many pets to find the perfect rental. Not only is she a lovely person, but she listens, responds promptly, and goes out of her way to make her clients happy.
