We’ve had the pleasure of working with Lisa Patton, of Sampson Properties, and her team on three separate occasions—renting our home in 2011, purchasing it in 2017 after a military Permanent Change of Station move, and most recently, selling it. Each interaction has been nothing short of outstanding. Professional, efficient, and incredibly positive are only a few words that we use to describe Lisa. Lisa was extremely helpful when we wanted to sell our house. We did not put the house on the market until after we had moved out. That meant we were out of state during the process of selling, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on time. It was not a smooth sale, but Lisa knew exactly how to handle every problem that popped up. She was always available to answer questions during the entire process. We highly recommend her.

Lisa came in at the right time for us and helped us buy our dream home! Lisa is communicative, friendly and very helpful. Apart from helping us close the home, she also guided us with resources for maintenance of our home. Would definitely recommend prospective home owners to work with her.

Lisa was very helpful throughout the entire selling process. She was very knowledgeable and gave fantastic advice, much of which most likely saved us time and money. She went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend.
