Kelly was incredible! She was very patient with setting up what seemed like an endless list of properties to view, and she set them up in a way that was very organized and efficient. Once I selected a place, she was excellent at communicating with the buyer and negotiating what I believe was a very fair offer which included all of the furniture and wall hangings. She was also extremely helpful in selling what was then, my current home. She recommended what key repairs to focus on to maximize the value of my home, and even helped stage it for the showings with things like decorative towels and pillows, which she paid for out of her own pocket. She also made very helpful recommendations on the asking price of my home which resulted in getting an offer that exceeded my expectations! For all the above reasons and more, I highly recommend Kelly for assistance in buying and/selling a home.
