I am absolutely impressed how quickly Denise and her husband made purchasing our home so smoothly. We are eternally grateful to the team, from the first office meeting, to setting us up on the house hunting, searching and looking at homes, to the final closing date! They were very communicative, patient, informative and so knowledgeable. It truly felt like working with family and My boyfriend and I were always well informed, if not by Denise, by the loan officer Pilar who was also AMAZING at her job. I still can't fathom how quickly we sold our home in August 2022, and in October 12th 2022 we purchased our new home! Thank you Olivares and Molina for how smoothly the whole process went !!!

Will and Denise were amazing to work with. To start, they were recommended to me by my brother in law because of his own amazing experience with them. From the beginning, they were such a pleasure to meet and made us feel comfortable with the decision of selling our home of 20+ yrs. We were worried about so many different things that can occur but quickly felt a sense of relief and confidence when we began the process. They heard and supported all of our plans and made it possible. The team is so well connected with resource such as movers, garbage disposal, cleaners, etc. Everything we needed was at the tip of our fingers. We were able to sell our home and move to another state in only 2 months! It has been so amazing and I am forever grateful for this team. We sold our home for a amazing price and accomplished our dream of moving to another state because of it! Thank you Will and Denise!!
