Elisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped us connect with a stager to declutter and present our house that allowed our house to get 6 offers and well over asking price. She is a very strong realtor and does her homework and knows her job well. This was only my first time selling but second time buying a home and I would choose Elisa again and again!

Elisa helped me sell a home and then buy a home. I reached out to her and we met over a video chat and I instantly liked her. Moreso, I felt I could trust her and she did not disappoint. She took care of everything. She is a great communicator, tough negotiator, is very detail oriented and sets realistic expectations. That being said, she sold my home for 20 percent over the asking price. I was elated. When I purchased my new home, she was a tough negotiator on my behalf. I highly recommend her. It's been a few years since we worked with Elisa to sell our house in Andover but I am still very appreciative of the effort she put in. She went above and beyond on several occasions (like checking out a water leak when we were out of town) and making sure we never lost momentum when the first offer we had fell through.
