Let me add a 5 star review for Elisa! Right from the beginning and throughout the entire process Elisa was responsive and guided me every step of the way. Her marketing plan was very impressive, all of her referrals from staging to painting were top notch. Because of her expertise and guidance the process was smooth and the "for sale" time was short. Not only did I have multiple offers above asking in less than a week, I got all the terms I hoped for. I would encourage anyone looking for a realtor to give Elisa O'Connell a call, I know you will be as impressed as I was .

Denise showed a lot of professionalism and patience to help me (a first time home buyer) learn the process. She really took the time to guide me through the home buying process and listen to my preferences, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me find a home that suited me. She was adaptable to my changing needs as we explored more properties, and was very available and responsive to my questions along the way, keeping me up-to-date on the what was needed to ensure that everything continued smoothly.

I’ve completed several real estate transactions in my life, but Matt is the first realtor who not only make sure the transaction went smoothly but made me feel and concretely demonstrated that he cared about me and my family’s well-being. We had an ‘Act of God’ type issue come up two days before closing and Matt expertly guided the situation into a win-win for both us as the seller and the buyer as well and continued to work with us even after the documents were signed to make sure everyone got what they needed. I highly recommend Matt as someone who can be relied on and trusted and will continue to work with him on my next purchase.
