Cesar was an absolute gem of an agent! We went through a bunch of houses, and after he got a good understanding of what we were looking for, he gave us some great advice on the pros and cons of each one. He was super organized and kept us on top of everything, even sending us reminders in our group chat. That made it super easy to talk to him anytime we needed to. He was also really good about keeping track of deadlines for documents, open houses, and showings. Even when he was swamped with work, he always made time for us to go see the homes we wanted to. And let’s not forget about his follow-up. He made sure to follow up on any specific questions we had and to involve his office to make sure we didn’t miss any important updates. When we needed more details, he was always happy to explain things in more depth so that we could make informed decisions. I know that buying a house can be a stressful experience, but Cesar made it so much easier than the scary stories you hear online. He has a great team behind him that will make the process a breeze! I cannot recommend him to you enough!

Sabrina did an outstanding job landing me my new home. She was not a typical pushy real estate agent just looking to make a sale. In fact, I had no idea I was her first sale. She was confident and personable when answering my 5 million anxiety driven questions throughout the month and a half long process of touring homes, putting in the offer, and while the loan was being secured. She was amazing and a pleasure to work with.

Karine was so helpful in our home search! She was always available to go on tours with us, and was proactive in reaching out to sellers to schedule showings and find out more information about houses we were interested in. She also made the buying paperwork run extremely smoothly, and was very knowledgeable about all of the steps. She made a very complex and intimidating process feel easy and manageable for us.
