David was great. He had a tall order working with my parents, but he managed to survive. There were some instances of communication breakdown but nothing intense.

Dave did an incredible job finding a tenant to rent a home in Dracut. He managed every step of the process and was tireless in his effort. His level of expertise, understanding of the market and knowledge were a huge benefit to us. We could not have done it without him. It was a pleasure to work with Dave. I highly recommend him.

David Nicholaou was such a charming individual, he was patient and gave super input on decisions I were not very certain on. he never made me feel as if I were taking ups or wasting his time. he is definitely an asset to your company.
