Céleste was an absolute pleasure to work with - very helpful, thorough, and responsive. We visited a lot of properties and she took the time to understand what was appealing and unappealing to me - something I was only starting to figure out as a first time homebuyer. She went to bat for me when there were slowdowns and problems in the closing process - for instance, when one loan application fell through and it seemed like I might not be able to get a loan on my property, she was immediately prepared with an alternative that worked out perfectly. I am very happy to have worked with her as my real estate agent.

From our first meeting to the day we closed & beyond, Céleste has been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative as we maneuvered first-time home ownership. Nancy was INCREDIBLE!! My husband and I were selling our home in Lowell and she did such an excellent job of helping us throughout the entire process. She was able to give us expert guidance on how to price our home and she helped a lot with answering questions and navigating the closing. She was always available and happy to communicate with us about all aspects of the process. Selling your home can be very stressful but with Nancy on your team you will be in the best hands! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After reviewing realtors, we selected Nancy to represent us in selling the home that we had lived in for 17 years. We chose Nancy because she was exceptionally knowledgeable of our local market, made us feel like we were a priority through frequent communication and provided straight-forward honest feedback, even if it was not what we wanted to hear. Nancy explained everything thoroughly including the basis for her recommendations which we found very helpful. Due to her extensive experience in the industry, she has a wide range of professional contacts which she used to market our home. Although our timing to the market was poor (tariffs and market dropped the same week we listed) our home received good interest and was under contract in under 9 days. She was exceptional to work with throughout the entire process. If we were not moving out-of-state, we would definitely retain Nancy’s services again.
