Devin and his team did a magnificent job for us. Our circumstances were challenging because of having two owners that were not on the same sheet of music. Frankly, I was worried that we, as sellers, were so difficult to deal with that Devin might just cancel the contract. Despite that, Devin and Reagan professionally navigated us through our challenges and, in the end, we sold at 6.4% over asking price. That’s a wonderful reflection of Devin’s experience and resourcefulness. We put a high workload on Devin’s team and they came through with flying colors.

Devin & his team did an outstanding job selling our CA Central Coast home, going above and beyond what most local realtors are accustomed to seeing around here. As a new team in the area, the feedback we received was that they sent an impressive, strong message to this region's real estate world. During the entire prep & selling process, they were gracious, efficient, professional, and fully transparent, treating all agents / interested buyers, tradesmen (inspectors, repairmen, stagers, etc.) and ourselves equally. Our home was on the market less than a week, gathering dozens of offers, before going into contract @ 50% over asking; with a 15-day closing and 2 matching-price back-up offers!

Wow - Devin, Reagan and team are the best! We had to sell in order to close on a new house in less than a month.
